RevOps Specialist
Warsaw
What you’ll be doing:
Lead-to-Cash process support
- You prepare contracts, amendments, and sales documents in line with the organization’s standards
- You coordinate signatures as well as document workflow and archiving
- You maintain the contract register and verify the accuracy and completeness of contract data in Salesforce
- You provide operational support to the sales team and handle contract terminations and communication with customers
- You handle the operational side of the entire customer lifecycle: contract, subscription, changes, churn, renewal
- You ensure data flows correctly between process stages and teams
- You log selected events in the CRM, working with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
Data quality and hygiene — you’re its guardian
- You’re responsible for the completeness and accuracy of data in key Salesforce objects across the entire customer lifecycle
- You can tell the difference between a one-off typo and a recurring system error — you report the latter to Business Systems with a specific fix recommendation: validation, a required field, automation
- You run regular audits of operational data and report on the state of data quality to the team
- You build simple reports and monitor operational metrics (data quality, SLA, process hygiene) in Salesforce and Excel, and for quick ad hoc questions you have access to our internal AI tools connected directly to Salesforce data via MCP — instead of waiting for another report, you simply ask for the data directly
Process optimization and automation
- You flag administrative areas that are suitable for automation to the team — your day-to-day work is our source of knowledge about what else is worth automating
- You test and roll out new automations in your area (e.g. generating documents from templates, data validations), in collaboration with the team’s AI/automation specialist
- You document processes, procedures, and changes in Confluence
- You support the standardization and optimization of revenue processes
- You create operational analyses and identify areas for improvement
What matters to us:
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, RevOps, or a similar operational role (experience working with contracts/sales documents is a plus)
- Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce is a plus, but not required at the start)
- Very good work organization and strong attention to detail when working with data and documentation
- Analytical thinking — spotting irregularities in data and processes, not just completing tasks
- Independence and the ability to learn quickly — you’ll be taking over an increasingly broad RevOps scope, so a willingness to learn new tools and processes is key
- Good work organization in an environment with many parallel tasks and clear deadlines (SLA)
- Basic analytical skills - creating standard reports, dashboards, and analyses
- English at a minimum B2 level
- The ability to communicate clearly with the Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the subscription sales model (B2B SaaS)
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Curiosity about AI and automation — you’re interested in how artificial intelligence and no-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) can support revenue processes; you don’t need to be an expert, a willingness to experiment is enough
- Some initial experience working with legal documents/contracts
What we offer
- A contract tailored to your expectations
- Hybrid work (3 days a week at our office at Rondo Daszyńskiego)
- Subsidized medical care and sports card
- Influence over the processes, systems, and data behind the company’s revenue growth
- A place in a multidisciplinary RevOps team: system administrators, an AI/automation specialist, data analysts, Sales Admin, and RevOps — you’ll have people to learn from, whichever direction you want to grow in
- Work in Salesforce as the single source of truth about the customer, plus access to our internal AI tools connected to Salesforce data via MCP — for quick data questions, you don’t have to wait for a report, you can just ask directly
- A clear development path: from administrative tasks (about 50–60% of your time at the start) toward a full RevOps Specialist role (eventually about 70% of your time), with a growing scope of responsibility for data, processes, their optimization, and quality assurance
- Close collaboration with Sales, Account Growth, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Business Systems
